To put it short- one cannot edit any files that hold the layer information once he saved it once. Visually layers dialog is empty as well (no layer preview) Only saving it as jpg,bmp and png seems to work and thus the artist cannot use the sepparate layers)Īfter all this,if you create a new empty canvas ,you cannot draw on it at all.You have to close open canvas and start it again (same happens if you try to save it as psd.
